Additional InformationThe use of human growth hormone of pituitary origin had stopped in the UK by 1986. The situation in other countries varied so specific dates cannot be given.
InformationThis is a requirement of the Blood Safety and Quality Regulations 2005.
Reason for change'Additional Information' on the use of human growth hormone of pituitary origin has been added. The date that this ceased to be used in the UK has been revised from 1987 to 1986.
